Adrian has 30 years of experience in Treasury, cash management, and foreign exchange. He has worked in the Treasury department of INEOS for the past 12 years.
Adrian has held roles in Europe and the United States with a focus on implementing and administering Treasury systems. He also has extensive experience in global banking regulations and post-merger integrations of treasury and financial reporting systems.
Previously, Adrian was appointed to the roles of Chief Dealer and Associate Director at banking institutions in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest and is a Certified Treasury Professional.

Amanda is an Executive Assistant at Intrinz Inc., where she ensures smooth day-to-day operations through her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. She brings a strong background in administrative support and team coordination to her role.
Previously, Amanda managed the Medical Records Department at a home health agency, overseeing the integrity of organizational records and leading efforts in hiring, training, and evaluating staff. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of Southern Indiana.

She has served as Chief Human Resource Officer and Senior Vice President of Workforce Initiatives across healthcare, retail, and community services, with national and international responsibilities.
A genuine influencer, Audrey thrives on tough challenges and turns vision into actionable, value-added goals. She is known as a pivotal partner to senior operating and leadership teams.

Bailey Trevino
Bailey is a Project Manager with the Language Services team, bringing over 4 years of language industry experience to Intrinz, Inc. with experience across industry verticals such as life sciences, market research, consumer/retail, finance, education, and corporate communications.
Her expertise is in creating solutions for clients through quality assurance protocols, leveraging language technology, and evaluation and implementation of client-specific processes.
Bailey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Asian Studies and Chinese from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. Her linguistic background includes experience with both Japanese and Chinese, including time spent studying at Peking University in Beijing, China.

Bradley Shumaker

Bradley is a seasoned tax transfer pricing specialist with over two decades of corporate experience at globally recognized companies, including Royal Dutch/Shell, eBay, Zimmer Biomet, and Caterpillar. His expertise in transfer pricing is backed by a robust legal background as a licensed attorney, as well as a Master’s degree in International Relations, equipping him with a deep understanding of global business dynamics and compliance. Bradley brings a wealth of knowledge in navigating complex tax issues for multinational corporations, consistently providing valuable insights that align with both regulatory standards and corporate objectives.
Bradley holds a law degree from the University of Houston and a Master’s degree from Boston University, with an undergraduate degree from Hillsdale College.
Carmen Bauer
Carmen is a Project Manager for the Language Services team with a wealth of experience from a variety of industries as demonstrated by her previous role as the SBA Loan Closing Specialist and Paralegal for Cambridge Capital Management Corporation.
She is adept at navigating complex projects and has a keen eye for process optimization and efficiency in dynamic environments. Carmen is a Certified Practitioner of Everything DiSC®, underscoring her commitment to understanding individual behaviors and improving team dynamics.
Carmen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Studies from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana. Living and studying in Spain allowed her passion for her concentrations in both International Development and Intercultural Studies to strengthen. Though a native English speaker, she is highly proficient in Spanish.

Ed holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and certifications in Customer Experience (CX) from University of California Irvine and Design Thinking & Innovation from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. His diverse background, which includes service as a Marine Corps Officer and early roles in Product Assurance, has shaped his disciplined approach to continuous improvement and leadership development.

G. Elaine Johnson, CCP, is Human Resources Director for Intrinz ,Inc. She has over 35 years of human recources management experience at corporate and divisional levels in puclic and private sector employment as well as experience as a managing partner for the compensation & benefits practice of a management consulting firm.
Elaine has extensive experience in the design, development and implementation of job evaluation and classification plans, as well as experience in recruitment and employee relations. Elaine is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and she has been an adjunct faculty member for Indiana University at Indianapolis and WorldatWork (an international professional association for compensation, benefits and total rewards). She has served on boards of professional and not-for-profit organizations. Elaine holds BA and MPA degrees from Indiana University.
Fernando Zavaleta
Accounting & Audit Consultant
Fernando is an experienced operations finance professional with expertise in Volume Licensing and Advertising at Microsoft. With nearly four years of supporting Operations Finance, he has played a key role in managing enterprise-level Volume Licensing orders, ensuring proper agreement setup in SAP, determining accounting properties, and validating revenue results in SAP and MS Sales. His work has encompassed high-value enterprise orders of $10M or more, covering M365 and Azure products.
Fernando is proficient in tools such as SAP for order setup and invoicing, MS Sales for financial reporting, and Azure tools for large-scale financial adjustments.
In addition, Fernando has over two years of experience supporting Microsoft’s Advertising operations team. He specializes in setting up advertising orders in Bing Ads, the platform for publishers to manage advertising campaigns, and AMT, an internal Microsoft tool for handling contracts outside Bing Ads.
With a strong background in financial operations and technology, Fernando brings expertise in optimizing processes and ensuring seamless financial execution within enterprise and advertising domains.

Laura Giussani

Laura is a multi-disciplined professional with over 24 years of international experience in the pharmaceutical industry, extensive cross-cultural competency, and (native) fluency in four foreign languages. She is a life-long learner with a passion to improve business collaborations and performance through outstanding IT systems development and implementation, auditing and ethics & compliance (E&C).
Her expertise includes experience in Analysis, Development and Validation of regulated, multi-country manufacturing and sales/marketing systems; E&C Risk Assessments, Monitoring and Business Development; E&C Privacy, Operational and IT Auditing.
She is a strong communicator, able to interact with all levels/functions in the organization and effectively work both with on-site and remote teams. Laura is also an ad-hoc Speaker and Advisor, and passionate animal volunteer with the Indy Humane Society.

Marica is an experienced international Tax analyst with over 18 years of Tax experience including annual and quarterly international tax compliance procedures, international tax research and domestic tax compliance.
Prior to working with Intrinz Inc., Marica worked for Zimmer Biomet Holdings, from where she retired after nine years of working for Zimmer Holdings, four years of working for Biomet and one year of working for the merged companies. Her experience includes filing of forms: 5471, 8858, 8865, 1042, 1042s and Reg. 863, Reg. 351, Reg. 332, Reg. 1503, and Schedules.
She holds an associate’s degree in accounting from Indiana University Ft. Wayne.
Melissa Goddard
Internal Audit Consultant
Melissa is a seasoned accounting and fraud prevention professional with over 35 years of experience, including 22 years specializing in the construction industry. She has held roles from staff accountant to CFO, and brings a deep understanding of construction accounting, job costing, cost control, and contract compliance for projects of all sizes.
Her expertise includes fraud prevention and investigation, forensic accounting, construction audits, litigation support, internal controls, and delay claims analysis. Melissa has worked across various sectors including construction, education, healthcare, transportation, government, and nonprofit.
She holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and an MBA in Economic Crime and Fraud Management from Utica University.

Michael (Mike) Adams joins Intrinz as a Compensation Consultant, bringing extensive experience from Eli Lilly, GE Healthcare, and STERIS PLC. At Eli Lilly, he served as a Strategic Compensation Partner, ensuring effective global compensation programs. He then joined GE Healthcare as an Executive Compensation Analyst, leading the design and administration of executive compensation programs. Most recently, he was a Senior Compensation Analyst at STERIS PLC, driving key business projects.
Mike holds a Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing & Management Information Systems and an MSc in Strategic Management. Based in Indianapolis, he enjoys family time and the occasional round of golf.

Mike Norris

Prior to Zimmer Biomet, Mike held Tax leadership roles with Centerpulse Ltd. (Swiss-based), Enron, Western Atlas International and Arthur Andersen. His in-house and consulting experience includes Tax Strategy for numerous M&A opportunities, coordinating Tax function and Tax-optimized business integration, and global resource procurement through turnkey vendor selection processes.

He is a retired CPA and holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas State University.
Milay Lino
Language Services Senior Director
Milay is Intrinz Inc. Language Service Director. She is a native Spanish speaker with over 15 years of customer service experience, interacting with customer from various backgrounds.
She gained experience as liaison coordinator in the Latino Affairs Department at the Indianapolis Mayor’s Office, dabbling later into Human Resources related positions and worldwide International Sales with a prevalence in the Spanish speaking markets.
Milay holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Cuba and an OLS and HR Management degree from Indiana University-Purdue University of Indianapolis (IUPUI).

Nico Sneider

Domenico (Nico) Sneider has more than 30 years of experience in finance, with 27 of them being in the pharmaceutical industry. His various roles focused mainly on audits of OUS Affiliates and on Anti-Corruption and Ethics and Compliance processes.
Nico retired from Eli Lilly and Company after eleven years as Audit Director after previously serving in various financial roles. Prior to working at Eli Lilly, Nico worked as an internal auditor at Gucci and as a senior auditor at Deloitte.
He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Florence and completed an executive program at the Wharton School. Nico is fluent in English and Italian.

Patricia is the President and founder of Intrinz Inc. She has over 23 years of experience in corporate treasury and international business. She has worked and consulted for large multinational companies including Fortune 500 companies.
Patricia has worked primarily with transitioning companies going through mergers, joint ventures and acquisitions. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Kelley School of Business (IUPUI) in Finance, Accounting and International Business and an International Executive MBA from the International School of Management in Paris. Raphael Darbellay
Treasury Consultant
Raphael is a seasoned Finance professional with more than 17 years of experience in both banking and corporate Treasury based in Europe. He started his career as a bank officer in Geneva, Switzerland before transitioning into corporate Treasury roles.
He most recently was the Head of Treasury Operations for a FTSE-250 company where he successfully built up a self-sustainable global treasury center in Manila.
Raphael holds Advanced Vocational Certificates in Economics, Marketing, Finance and Accounting from the Higher Banking Training Institute in Geneva and a postsecondary Certificate of Capacity from the Business School Geneva & Lombard Odier & Cie, private banker in Geneva.
