Challenge
The client’s district leadership team had a pressing need to reestablish effective connections between administration, teachers, parents, and students. They sought an external partner to conduct a comprehensive assessment, with the goal of understanding and improving the culture and climate at one of its schools.
Scope
Prepare and distribute surveys for teachers, staff, administrators, parents, and guardians. Conduct focus groups addressing key concerns found in survey results, in more detail.
Deliverables
We provided a comprehensive report combining survey data, focus group insights, and stakeholder feedback, with clear visuals, key themes, and prioritized recommendations. This included targeted strategies to strengthen leadership engagement, behavior consistency, communication, and staff support, plus actionable steps and facilitation guides to drive implementation and measure progress.
