The client needed a comprehensive compensation study to ensure fair pay while meeting financial goals. Intrinz Inc. was engaged to analyze roles in a two-phase study.​

Scope

Execute a comprehensive, two-phase compensation study. Phase One focusing on non-professional roles, followed by professional (Classified) positions in Phase Two. Each phase covering data collection, analysis, model creation, and stakeholder collaboration, culminating in a unified, equitable pay structure recommendation.​
