Financial, Compliance & Operational Review for Public Sector and/or Educational Institutions (Flexible Schedule, Work from Home)
Do you have experience working in finance, accounting, operations, or compliance within educational institutions or public sector organizations? Do you have experience with systems such as MUNIS, People Soft, SAP, Power BI or Tableau? Do you have experience in Grants Management? Are you looking for an opportunity where your expertise is valued, and provides you with flexible scheduling?
We are seeking Consultants to support several reviews in the public sector/educational institutions domain. This role is ideal for someone with public sector or education sector experience who can bring a practical, systems-level lens to assessing and improving financial processes, compliance obligations, and operational practices.
More than 15 years of experience in any of the following areas:
- Financial & Accounting Review
- Analyzing budgeting, fund allocation, and expenditure practices.
- Identifying areas for improved financial controls, reporting transparency, or cost-efficiency.
- Supporting the review of grant management processes and compliance with funding rules.
- Regulatory & Policy Compliance
- Helping evaluate compliance with key state and federal regulations
- Reviewing the application of internal policies and flag potential risks or gaps.
- Documenting observations and supporting development of improvement recommendations.
- Operations & Process Assessment
- Reviewing administrative and support functions such as procurement, human resources, transportation, and facilities.
- Helping map workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend operational improvements.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand current practices and suggest feasible enhancements.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Preparing written summaries of findings and recommendations.
- Contributing to a final report or presentation outlining opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting communication with leadership and board stakeholders.
We’d Love to Hear from You If You Have:
- Experience working in or consulting for educational institutions, school systems, local government, or nonprofit organizations.
- Background in finance, accounting, operations management, or compliance oversight.
- Knowledge of public sector budgeting, grants, procurement, or administrative systems.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.

Project Manager, Language Services
Intrinz Inc. has an immediate opening for a full-time Project Manager in Language Services.
The individual in this role will oversee client and operational projects from inception to completion, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction, while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, translators, and other project stakeholders as needed. The ideal candidate is able to perform effectively in a dynamic environment and demonstrates professionalism, initiative, and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset while consistently contributing to team and organizational success. We are seeking someone who is adaptable, eager to learn, collaborative, and proactive, with a strong commitment to delivering quality work and supporting the company’s mission and goals.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field with one to two years of experience in project coordination or project management in a translation or localization environment preferred. In addition to English, knowledge of or fluency in other languages is a plus. Education/experience equivalents considered.
Work is remote based in a home office environment utilizing standard office equipment such as a laptop with strong internet connection and phone.

If you are eager to help patients and providers communicate effectively while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance, this is the role for you!
We are seeking trained medical interpreters fluent in English and one or more of the target languages below:

Proposal Development Coordinator (Work from Home)

At Intrinz Inc., you will work closely with colleagues to optimize processes and turn insights into action. This is a full-time, high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and remote environment.
In this role, you will actively search for proposal requests and opportunities from corporate and government entities that align with Intrinz’s business lines, set up proposal templates, and collaborate with subject matter experts. Tracking proposal timelines and resources to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables will be crucial, in addition to optimizing proposal development and submission processes to enhance productivity and cross-functional collaboration. Analyzing win/loss data to identify areas for improvement and competitor offerings will be key.
We are looking for:
- Associate degree in business administration, marketing, communications or related fields and one-two years’ experience preferably in a B2B or professional services environment. Previous experience in a consulting firm a plus. Equivalent education/experience considered.
- Business acumen; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong technical/business writing skills and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, productive mindset.
- Demonstrated research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint. Knowledge of Salesforce and Canva, or other graphic design tools a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
